Booking a trip

Choose your trip, pick a departure date and the number of travellers, and complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation with a booking reference you can use to check your booking at any time.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have confirmed it to you. Trip-specific inclusions, exclusions and conditions are shared before confirmation.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.

If a payment fails or you are unsure whether it went through, do not pay again — contact us with your booking reference and we will check before anything is charged twice.

Changing or cancelling

Cancellations, refunds and date changes are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, together with any terms shared for your specific trip. Requests must be made in writing to the email below.

Charges depend on the destination, trip type, suppliers involved and how close to departure you are, so please check the applicable terms before paying.

Before you travel

Carry valid identification, and any passport, visa or permit the destination requires.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for international trips and adventure activities.
You will receive a pre-departure advisory with a packing list and meeting-point details.
If you have a medical condition, allergy or mobility requirement, tell us before booking so we can advise honestly on whether a trip suits you.

On the trip

Follow your trip leader's instructions, particularly on anything involving safety. Mountain weather and road conditions change quickly, and leaders may adjust an itinerary, change a route or call off an activity if conditions require it. These decisions are made for your safety.
